Toni works with ACT as a contractor in a project management role for the ICOPE project (phase 1) for the NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board and Ipswich East Suffolk Alliance. Toni’s role is to support implementation of the phase 1 project plan, so we understand how best to identify and deliver the ACT Assess and Connect service to 300 older people in pilot studies in West Ipswich, Felixstowe and South Rural.
A self-motivated achiever with effective leadership, management and communication skills. Toni has extensive experience in delivering successful projects and services within the Voluntary Sector, managing people and resources in a multifunctional team environment. Her varied career includes managing care homes, Community development, freelance trainer and CEO of an independent charity in Kent. She is passionate about making a difference and improving lives for older people.
Toni is passionate about making a difference and improving lives for older people and in her spare time she chairs a local charity supporting people who are homeless.
